Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona (1913–1992) was a Hawaiian kahuna lapaʻau (healer) and teacher who introduced the ancient method of Ho'oponopono to the world. Her mission was to help people heal relationships, inner wounds, and collective programs through the power of love, compassion, and gratitude.
Ho'oponopono
In traditional Hawaiian culture, Ho'oponopono was a collective ritual of reconciliation led by the kahuna. Morrnah Simeona adapted it to the modern world, bringing it to the individual level: anyone can practice it personally, in connection with the Divine.
The essence of Ho'oponopono is to take full responsibility for everything we experience and, through prayer and gratitude, release memories, wounds, and limiting programs.
The most well-known form of the prayer is:
“I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”

Morrnah Simeona’s Message
From my words, you will not become smaller.
You will not become greater.
You will not become thinner.
But you will become a person
who wishes to share gratitude with another,
who wishes to spread love to others.
These people will make the world a better place.
They will increase tolerance within the human race.
They will give love and kindness to the children of the world.
Because Love is healing the entire planet,
no words are needed to confirm the works of the soul,
for the grateful soul carries the cure.
All living beings, including you,
must know that with my entire being I am with you.
Morrnah tells you here and now
that a soul full of love never lies,
it transmits only God’s truth
and brings blessings to you and to the entire world.
May my blessing enter your soul,
